Leasing Consultant

Under the direction of the Real Estate Manager, the Leasing Associate is responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service. • Hourly Rate: $22-25 per hour, based on experience. • Lease Signing Bonus: $50 - $200 per lease signed. • Occupancy Bonus: Additional bonus opportunities based on meeting occupancy goals.
