Job Description
IOM UN Migration Agency in Majuro, Republic of Marshall Islands, is looking for a Senior Programme Associate (MIDAS) who works closely with DOI counterparts at Points of Entry to support and coordinate the practical rollout and daily use of MIDAS, facilitates the distribution and application of SOPs, supports workshop and meeting logistics, gathers and consolidates operational feedback from officers, and maintains complete and up to date project documentation. The role is focused on implementation support, scheduling, coordination, documentation, and monitoring of activities, rather than technical system configuration or strategic planning.
