About the Role

Customer Centricity - This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proposition Strategy & Development
    • Define and evolve segment strategies and customer proposition For example "UHNW, HNW, ECM, MCV, New HKers, Pre-Retiree, Silvery etc" across channel to drive business goal
    • Translate customer needs, market trends, and business strategy into viable insurance offerings
    • Define value propositions, target segments, and positioning among PD channels
  •  Customer & Market Insights
    • Analyse customer behaviour, needs, and pain using internal and external research and data analytics
    • Monitor market trends, digital innovations, and competitor offerings
    • Identify new opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  •  Proposition Delivery & Execution
    • Act as SME, manage the proposition launch plans that establish rollout timelines, implement marketing strategies to promote product
    • Collaborate with distribution channels (e.g., bancassurance, brokers, digital platforms) to drive business growth
    • Translate propositions into go-to-market plans
  •  Performance Management
    • Monitor of key metrics such as penetration rate, purchase pattern against KPIs (ANP, NOP. ATS, conversion etc)
    • Identify improvement opportunities and implement optimisation marketing strategies
    • Support financial forecasting and portfolio management

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate plus a minimum of 5 years of work experience in bancassurance/insurance industry required
  • Mature, creative and business minded with excellent marketing skills
  • Strong project management and financial analytical skills, with excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities in dealing with stakeholders and vendors
  • Good timeline management skill
  • Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English is a must
  • Ability to handle multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize work assignments
  • Insurance product knowledge would be an advantage
