Job Description
As an HR Generalist / Recruiter at Siltronic Corporation, you will manage recruitment functions from requisition to hire. Your primary responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, representing Siltronic Corporation to applicants, and referring candidates to hiring managers. This role also involves organizing various HR functions and programs, focusing on recruiting, benefits, and the HRIS system, while acting as a resource for all employees. You will determine employee eligibility for benefits such as insurance, 401(k), and vacation based on policies. Additionally, you will recommend HRIS (UKG) report criteria to move towards a paperless HR department.
