An unserem Standort Donauwörth, der an den Ufern der Donau nahe Augsburg gelegen ist, entwickeln wir Helikopter von der Idee bis hin zum flugfähigen Endprodukt. Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

Sie werden Teil eines Teams sein, das Lösungen entwickelt, um die umfassende Einhaltung von Vorschriften zu gewährleisten, indem es eine technologische Antwort auf die Compliance-Anforderungen von Airbus Helicopters und die sich wandelnden regulatorischen Vorgaben liefert. Als Teil des Teams für Compliance-Lösungen werden Sie direkt an der Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten und den geforderten Weiterentwicklungen beteiligt sein, die darauf abzielen, die Klassifizierung und Verwaltung unserer kontrollierten Daten zu verbessern.

• Sie sind verantwortlich für die termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Bereitstellung von Compliance-Produkten und -Dienstleistungen. Dazu gehören das Lizenzmanagement-Repository sowie Lösungen für die Zugriffskontrolle und die Aufbewahrung von Aufzeichnungen.

• Sie entwickeln, implementieren und pflegen Betriebsdokumente, Richtlinien, Verfahren, Dokumentationen, KPIs und SLAs für Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Bereich Security Operations.

• Entwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege von Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Servicelevels auf Basis von Kundenfeedback.

• Überwachung von KPIs und SLAs sowie Leitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen bei Bedarf

• Funktion als Ansprechpartner für IM-Projektteams, um eine reibungslose Aufnahme der Produkte in die PSL sicherzustellen

• Verantwortung für das proaktive Management von geschäftlichen Eskalationen und das Krisenmanagement

• Verantwortung für das Management der IM-Stakeholder, um die Ergebnisse auf den maximalen geschäftlichen Nutzen abzustimmen, indem Einblicke in geschäftliche Prioritäten vermittelt werden

Folgende Qualifikationen / Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Fachs

• 2 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationssysteme

• Sie sind hochmotiviert und verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Ausgeprägter Teamgeist, offene und transparente Kommunikation sowie eine positive Einstellung zur Problemlösung

• Erfahrung mit Compliance-Prozessen und -Vorschriften (Exportkontrolle)

• Anwendung der Agile-Safe-Prinzipien (Continuous Delivery, iterativer Ansatz, PoCs, MVPs, Industrialisierung)

• Erfahrung im Kundenbeziehungsmanagement inkl. Anforderungsdefinition

• Englischkenntnisse auf Verhandlungsniveau. Französisch oder Deutsch wären von Vorteil

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will be part of a team developing solutions to enable overall compliance to regulations by providing a technological answer to compliance to Airbus Helicopters needs and regulatory requirements evolutions.]. As part of the Compliance solutions team, you will be involved in managing directly the development projects and requested evolutions aiming at improving classification and management of our controlled data.

• Accountable for the delivery on time and on quality of Compliance Products and Services. It includes Licence Management Repository, access control and record keeping solutions

• Develop, implement and maintain operation documents, policies, procedures, documentation, KPIs and SLAs for Security Operations Products and Services.

• Develop, implement and maintain the procedures for continuous improvement in the service level based on customer feedback. 

• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and lead improvement actions when necessary

• Be focal point for IM project teams to ensure smooth onboarding of the products in the PSL

• Accountable for proactive management of business escalations and crisis management

• Accountable for IM stakeholders management to align deliverables with maximum business value by providing insight into business priorities

Desired skills and qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science or similar

• 2 to 5 years experience in the field of information systems

• You are highly motivated and have excellent communication skills.

• Strong team spirit, open and transparent communication and welcome problem attitude

• Experience on compliance processes and regulations (Export control)

• Use Agile Safe principles (continuous delivery, iterative approach, PoCs, MVPs, Industrialization).

• Experience in customer relationship management incl. requirements definition

• Negotiation level of English. French or German would be a plus
