Sr Analyst, Business

The Sr. Analyst, Business acts as the primary liaison between Samuel’s business groups and IT, blending business analysis with automation and AI enablement. This role gathers and documents business requirements, develops business cases outlining costs and benefits, and produces BRDs and PDDs to support intelligent automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and the Intelligent Automation team, the role identifies automation opportunities, analyzes current‑state processes, and defines future‑state workflows. The Sr. Analyst works largely independently across systems analysis phases, applying strong business process knowledge alongside an understanding of how automation and AI shape the evolving business environment.
