TileBar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Visual Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and ongoing management of our retail showroom visual merchandising program. This role is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of showroom displays from concept and product launches through installation, maintenance, and refreshes to ensure every TileBar showroom delivers an inspiring and consistent customer experience. This role reports directly to VP, Visual Merchandising and must work cross-functionally with Retail, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and Sales, the Retail Visual Project Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position offers a combination of on-site work at our NYC headquarters and showroom (3 days per week), remote flexibility (2 days per week), and travel to support showroom openings and updates (as needed). Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.  Project Management & Execution  Lead the coordination and implementation of all showroom display initiatives, including new showroom openings, remodels, quarterly refreshes, and product launches.  Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple departments to ensure on-time execution.  Coordinate display implementation from product introduction through installation, replacement, and product discontinuation cycles.  Develop and maintain project schedules for visual merchandising initiatives and communicate progress to key stakeholders.  Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of display projects.  Visual Merchandising  Develop and maintain showroom display standards to ensure consistency across all retail locations.  Create visual merchandising directives for retail showrooms, trade shows, and special merchandising initiatives.  Draw and update display board elevations (AutoCad).  Oversee signage and labeling to ensure accuracy across all showrooms locations.  Display & Inventory Management  Maintain accurate records of showroom displays, board locations, product status, and inventory through as-built documentation and inventory management systems.  Utilize Excel to manage showroom board inventory and loose tile inventory.  Process display orders, inventory transfers, and material requests using SalesPad.  Coordinate board production requests and manage communication between showroom teams and production teams.  Monitor new product introductions and ensure seamless integration into showroom displays while managing product removals and display updates.  Design & Documentation  Utilize AutoCAD to create and update grouted board layouts and showroom elevations.  Maintain accurate as-built documentation for all showroom locations.  Create standards and documentation for display fixtures and merchandising layouts.  Ability to create visually compelling directives and presentations (Figma, InDesign).  Quality Assurance  Conduct regular showroom audits to ensure displays are maintained to TileBar standards.  Identify opportunities to improve showroom presentation and customer experience.  Develop action plans to address merchandising inconsistencies and display maintenance needs.  Cross-Functional Collaboration  Lead monthly showroom visual merchandising meetings with Retail teams.  Regularly collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams on product launches and merchandising initiatives.  Coordinate printing and production of signage, graphics, labels, and display materials with outside vendors.  Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail project management, showroom operations, or a related field.  Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.  Exceptional organizational skills.  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.  Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and updating merchandising layouts.  Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.  Experience coordinating vendors, production schedules, and installation projects.  Ability to interpret floor plans, elevations, and merchandising standards.  Proficiency in InDesign, Figma, and/or PowerPoint to create directives and presentations.   Willingness to travel for showroom openings, remodels, and merchandising updates (approximately 20–30%, including trips of up to one week).  BenefitsAt Soho Studio/TileBar, each eligible employee receives a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short-Term Disability in addition to a Company match on 401K, and Free Weekly Lunch. Compensation$70,000 – 75,000 per year Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
