 Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Intake Coordinator to serve in ourOlathe and surrounding communities. The Hospice Intake Coordinator assists in gathering required patient information and coordinating enrollment of new patients into hospice program. - Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm - Hospice Admissions/Intake experience required - Homecare Homebase software experience highly preferred
