Job Description:
Visa is seeking a Director to lead the development and commercialization of Affluent-focused Marketing Services offerings, a key corporate priority aimed at increasing Visa’s revenue, share of spend and engagement with high-value consumer segments, with a primary focus on advancing Visa Infinite experiential value propositions through Marketing Services.
This role will act as a central partner across Global Sponsorships, Product, and Marketing Services to translate Affluent Product strategy and Sponsorship & Experiential assets into clear, scalable client-ready solutions, sales plays and go-to-market materials. This includes identifying and developing new partnership opportunities that can be translated into differentiated Marketing Services offerings.
This individual will also play a critical role in defining and operationalizing the Affluent Marketing Services model end-to-end, establishing clear ways of working, ownership, and cross-functional alignment across teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong critical thinking, combined with deep expertise in the affluent segment, commercialization, along with the ability to translate diverse sponsorship & partnership assets into compelling, differentiated value propositions for high-value audiences.
About Marketing Services (MS)
Marketing Services is Visa’s global B2B marketing solutions practice, focused on driving incremental revenue and client engagement by commercializing Visa’s marketing expertise, developing scalable, client-facing offerings, and activating Visa’s sponsorships to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients.
Essential Functions:
Drive Affluent (Visa Infinite) go-to-market strategy and execution
- Act as a connector and partner with the Affluent Product team and Global Sponsorship team to translate product strategy, sponsorship & experiential assets into Marketing Services sales plays
- Develop and maintain clear, actionable GTM materials (pitch decks, narratives, case studies, pricing frameworks)
- In partnership with Global Sponsorships, identify and package sponsorship assets across key properties (e.g., VCARB, ORBR, FWWC27, LA28, Music etc.) into scalable, Visa Infinite–relevant offerings and sales plays
Drive commercialization and partnership-led growth
- Partner with Product teams to identify strategic partnership opportunities and new business that enhance Marketing Services offerings
- Translate partnership opportunities into clear, sellable solutions by developing value propositions and GTM materials for Marketing Services teams
- Incorporate market feedback and performance insights to continuously refine offerings and improve commercial outcomes
Define and operationalize Affluent ways of working
- Establish the operating model for how Affluent Marketing Services integrates across sponsorships, product, and regional teams
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and engagement models to reduce duplication and improve speed to market
- Drive execution against this model, ensuring consistent adoption across teams and workstreams
Develop storytelling and executive-ready materials
- Build compelling narratives that clearly articulate the value of affluent-focused marketing solutions
- Support senior leadership updates and key stakeholder engagements
Support performance tracking and optimization
- Define and track key performance indicators for Affluent Marketing Services offerings
- Leverage data to assess performance, identify opportunities, and inform ongoing optimization of offerings and GTM strategies
- Compile case studies that help support commercialization of Affluent offerings
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, commercialization, consulting, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 6+ years of experience
- Experience in Marketing Services, Sponsorship & Partnership marketing, Experiential Marketing or client-facing commercialization roles
- Strong understanding of affluent/high-value consumer segments and drivers of engagement
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with experience developing executive-level materials
- Proven ability to develop and bring to market new offerings or sales strategies
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build structure from scratch (e.g., defining operating models, ways of working, or new processes)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong working knowledge of basic data analysis and performance measurement to track and optimize business outcomes
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple complex projects independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

The estimated salary range for this position is $178,300.00 to $ 285,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
