Job Description

Easybrain is looking for a skilled HR Manager for our Cyprus office, who will be a part of our current HR team and responsible for our HR processes and new recruitments. This is a great opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact on our growing team that develops top-notch products.
 
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, pre-screening, on-site/online interviews;
- Coordinating adaptation and performance;
- Working with current HR procedures and policies and implementing new ones;
- Advising management on personnel management issues;
- Handling relocation and immigration processes for new employees;
- Providing support to employees and resolving any HR-related issues;
- Organising corporate and social events;
- Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis;
- Supervising health and safety policies.
 
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR field, preferably in an international IT/gaming company;
- Managerial skills;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills;
- Russian language is a must;
- Very good command of the English language;
- Good command of the Greek language will be a strong advantage;
- Knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law and other requirements of Governmental Authorities;
- Computer Skills.
