Overview Publicis is looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to lead integrated communication initiatives for a major multinational brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong client leadership skills, who can translate complex business challenges into effective, impactful communication solutions while guiding teams and ensuring excellent delivery across all channels. Responsibilities Own and lead the overall client relationship, acting as a trusted senior partner and strategic advisor Shape, οversee, and drive 360° integrated communication strategies, covering offline and online channels Navigate within a multinational client ecosystem, collaborating closely with regional and global teams and coordinating disciplines operating remotely Demonstrate strong technological literacy, embracing new platforms and AI driven approaches to enhance daily workflows, collaboration, and output quality Lead complex projects end‑to‑end, ensuring excellence in execution, timelines, and budget management Coordinate and inspire cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, high‑quality work Ensure best practices, consistency, and strategic alignment across all deliverables Identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and added value within the account Anticipate client needs and proactively respond to business challenges Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering high performance and professional growth Qualifications Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in an agency environment, with proven senior account leadership Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications, including digital and social ecosystems Experience managing large, complex accounts and senior client stakeholders Excellent command of English and Greek, written and verbal Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities and tight deadlines Leadership mindset with a collaborative and solution‑oriented approach Additional information What’s in it for you?
