Overview Performics (Publicis Media) | Samsung Account | London (White City) If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely lead, shape, and scale a Paid Social team – while working on one of the world’s most recognisable brands – this could be the move for you. Why this role stands out This isn’t just another Paid Social Manager role. You’ll be: Leading a high-profile Samsung account, with large media budgets and real impact Managing and developing a team of 4, with the space to shape how the team works and grows Working directly with the client, building strong relationships and having a real voice at the table Owning end-to-end Paid Social delivery, from strategy through to activation and QA Expanding beyond lower funnel, with exposure to mid-funnel strategy and broader performance thinking You’ll also be part of a collaborative wider media team, partnering closely with Search and other channels to deliver fully integrated performance. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing Leading Paid Social strategy and performance across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit) Managing, coaching and developing a team of 4 direct reports Overseeing campaign activation, QA, and delivery to a high standard Owning performance insights – turning data into clear, actionable recommendations Working closely with the client team, with regular direct interaction and strategic input Collaborating cross-channel (especially with Search) to deliver joined-up performance Managing budgets, reporting, and ensuring financial accuracy Qualifications About you Strong background in Paid Social strategy and activation Experience managing or mentoring team members Confident working directly with clients and presenting performance insights Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and financial management skills Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and channels Proactive, curious, and keen to push performance forward What’s in it for you A flagship client: Work on Samsung, with exposure to all product categories and large-scale campaigns Leadership opportunity: Shape team culture, ways of working, and development plans Strong team culture: A sociable, collaborative environment with regular team socials, events and off-site experiences Industry perks: Partner lunches, events, and unique experiences with media platforms Career growth: Clear progression within Performics and the wider Publicis network Access to perks: Including Samsung employee discounts The environment You’ll be joining Performics – the performance marketing arm of Publicis Media – a team built on data, tech, and innovation, delivering measurable impact for clients.
