To support the delivery and continuous improvement of RAFM Service Operations across MTN Group by ensuring effective operational control frameworks, service excellence, and alignment to business assurance objectives.
The role focuses on enabling high-quality service delivery to RAFM teams and stakeholders across GSM and Non-GSM environments across the connectivity and digital infrastructure, ensuring risk mitigation, operational performance, and value realisation.
