About the role:
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager who will drive business growth across key customers. In this role, you’ll own full customer relationship and performance - from planning and negotiations through to execution, forecasting and P&L delivery. You will play a key role in delivering sustainable growth, while ensuring strong collaboration with both customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth and deliver sales targets across assigned customers, including net sales delivery and in-market share growth.
Build and execute customer plans aligned with commercial strategy.
Own full customer performance (sales, product mix, promotions, profitability), including full accountability for customer P&L and G2N performance.
Manage and track key KPIs including sell-in, sell-out, stock levels and G2N targets.
Monitor and actively manage execution KPIs such as SOS (Share of Shelf), SOA (Share of Assortment), secondary placements and in-store visibility.
Prepare accurate forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and drive the forecasting cycle.
Analyze customer P&L and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Lead negotiations and ensure strong execution of commercial agreements, aligned with company priorities (CGF).
Gain agreement on annual activation plans and ensure flawless execution, including strong listings for NPDs and delivery of execution KPIs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Trade, Finance, Supply, Marketing).
Partner with field teams and agencies to ensure excellence in in-store execution.
Identify opportunities based on customer and market insights and translate them into actionable category initiatives.
Monitor competition and proactively develop mitigation plans and growth opportunities.
Contribute to Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes with key customers.
Ensure regular reporting, performance tracking and preparation for Key Account Reviews.
Requirements:
Experience in Key Account Management or Sales (min. 3 years), ideally within FMCG / mass market.
Experience working with large retail customers or modern trade is a strong advantage.
Commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of sales metrics and financials (P&L, forecasting, G2N).
Analytical skills with ability to interpret market and performance data.
Effective influencing and stakeholder management skills.
High level of ownership and orientation results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills (preferred).
Experience with CRM or sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI) – nice to have.
Experience working with sell-out data and field execution.

Remuneration: from 9 855 to 13 552 PLN gross/monthly.
