Regional Sales Executive (Ireland and UK) Are you ready to develop into a full-fledged sales professional in an international B2B environment? In this role, you will operate in an international environment where you will gradually grow into an independent Regional Sales Executive position. You will learn by doing, through customer interaction, market analysis, and close collaboration with experienced colleagues. Your Role As a Regional Sales Executive, you support the execution of the regional sales strategy and actively contribute to building customer relationships and developing new business. You will develop your commercial skills while gradually taking on more ownership, autonomy, and responsibility within your region. What You Will Do Sales Growth and Business Development Support senior sales colleagues and act as a consultative partner to customers Build and maintain customer relationships within an assigned region Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and leads Support key account development and gradually take ownership of selected accounts Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and technical presentations Prepare and deliver sales presentations with increasing independence Contribute to pipeline development and opportunity management Build market knowledge and identify trends and opportunities Account Management and Customer Relationships Support the management of key accounts and participate in business reviews Gradually manage assigned accounts with increasing autonomy Develop insight into customer needs, markets, and purchasing processes Contribute to forecasting and regional budget processes Monitor competitor activities and market developments Translate customer requirements into internal actions (e.g., production, planning, engineering) Work closely with Customer Care to ensure an excellent customer experience Collaboration and Development Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Engineering Actively develop commercial, negotiation, and account management skills Build a professional network within the healthcare manufacturing industry Participate in industry events and networking opportunities Why Oliver EMEA Continuous development This role is designed as a growth path toward a Regional Sales Manager position — you will develop every day.
