About this Position The Regional Raw Packs Intern supports operational supply planning activities to ensure the timely replenishment of raw and packaging materials to manufacturing sites. What you´ll do Manage key supplier accounts (Aramco SABIC), including booking execution, delivery coordination, invoice follow-up, and portal/account maintenance. Monitor supplier booking systems in real time and execute time-critical bookings immediately upon allocation release to secure materials. Maintain detailed booking trackers, including timestamps, attempts, confirmations, and escalation logs, ensuring full transparency of execution. Coordinate end-to-end replenishment of raw and packaging materials by converting PRs to POs, issuing orders, and tracking supplier confirmations. Align closely with production planning to ensure timely material availability, while proactively managing shortages, delays, and inventory risks. Prepare and maintain supply and inventory reports (e.g., DOC, OSMI, L16), supporting analysis of stock levels, shortages, and supplier OTIF performance. Collaborate cross-functionally and externally (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, suppliers) to ensure smooth supply execution and continuous improvement.
