Job Purpose
The Key Account Manager will represent Bracco in Mexico’s dynamic healthcare market, building strong relationships with corporate accounts and delivering value-driven solutions that make Bracco the partner of choice. The position is based in Mexico City.
Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks
Represent Bracco’s complete product portfolio, delivering the One Bracco value proposition
Map and understand the demographics and decision-making structures of assigned accounts
Build relationships beyond supply chain — engaging with C-suite executives, VPs, and key stakeholders
Develop tailored value propositions for Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), strengthening Bracco’s footprint and competitive edge
Lead coordination of Bracco field teams across IDN facilities
Monitor healthcare market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
Design and implement strategic account plans with measurable financial impact
Conduct regular Business Reviews with IDNs to align on goals and demonstrate Bracco’s value
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects
Track and report outcomes of value-enhanced programs, ensuring continuous improvement
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, medical device/pharma sales, or indirect channel management.
Strong strategic thinking, relationship management, and influencing skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Mexico’s healthcare market, distribution models, and channel dynamics.
Experience with SalesForce.com, CRM systems, Excel/Power BI (or similar).
Professional proficiency in English

Work Environment
The position is office based (Mexico City, Mexico)
Travel requirements 40-50% Domestic; 10% International travel is required
