Dematic is looking for a Project Manager, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premisis in Cernusco sul Naviglio. He/she will be working in order to ensure that all intercompany projects are delivered on-time, according to scope of supply and within budget. Tasks and Qualifications:

Main activities: 

 

• Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Coordinate resources across the Center of Excellence (Engineering, Procurement, On site activities)
• Monitor manufacturing status in collaboration with Factory Manager
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the internal client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project reporting
• Risk management

 

 

 Who are we looking for?

A candidate with the following features:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field
• 2-3 years of working experience as a project manager
• An experience in the logistics automation market will be a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Second language (German / Spanish) is a plus
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Available to travel both in Italy and abroad (30% of time)
• PMP certification is a plus
