Descripción del puesto In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for an AI Animator (Advertising – AI VFX). With 3–5 years of experience in motion design, animation, or VFX within advertising or post‑production environments, this role’s mission is to support the creation and production of AI‑driven motion, VFX, and video content, contributing to concept development, visual exploration, and execution while learning and applying emerging AI workflows within Harbor’s post‑advertising pipeline. The AI Animator is an early‑to‑mid‑level creative practitioner who works hands‑on with generative tools under senior guidance, helping translate concepts into production‑ready assets while maintaining strong craft, organisation, and curiosity for new technologies. Responsabilidades Contribute to concept development, mood boards, animatics, and exploratory visual comps using AI‑driven tools. Assist in the preparation and curation of datasets and support model fine‑tuning activities under guidance from senior artists. Build and maintain clean ComfyUI and Runway project graphs, managing prompts, seeds, presets, and versions according to pipeline standards. Iterate quickly on look development and animation tasks, responding to creative feedback and evolving direction. Prepare and hand off organised source packages to compositing and finishing teams, ensuring consistency and usability. Combine AI‑generated assets with traditional motion design and compositing techniques to achieve production‑ready results. Document learnings, workflows, and experiments; suggest incremental improvements to tools and processes. Collaborate closely with motion, VFX, editorial, and post‑production teams within an agile advertising environment. Follow established production standards related to versioning, colour, formats, and delivery requirements. Other duties as assigned. Cualificaciones 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, VFX, or related creative disciplines within advertising or post‑production contexts. Hands‑on experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway Gen‑3, Pika, Luma, Flux, or equivalent platforms, including basic motion and control features (masking, inpainting, keyframe guidance). Experience with image generation tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, and SDXL, including upscaling and denoising workflows. Solid foundation in traditional motion and VFX tools, particularly After Effects; basic experience with Cinema 4D (MoGraph), Nuke, and Photoshop. Basic understanding of production fundamentals, including colour spaces (sRGB, Rec.709, ACES), codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios, and versioning discipline. Portfolio demonstrating creative exploration, emerging AI usage, and solid motion or compositing craft. Ability to quickly learn new tools, follow established pipelines, and work effectively under direction. Strong visual sensitivity and attention to detail, particularly in integration, edges, grain, and overall polish. Organised, team‑oriented communicator with clear file management and documentation habits. Curiosity‑driven mindset and strong interest in the future of AI‑assisted creative production.
