[ICR] Financial Analyst (Maternity Cover)

As a Financial Analyst in controlling department, you will get a unique opportunity to see overall picture and understand end to end financial processes in fast growing software house. This is the great opportunity to learn and grow!

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Prepare monthly reporting for assigned Service Unit
• Analyze operational and financial data in assigned Service Units
• Cooperation with business and delivery teams
• Support budgeting process
• Work closely with the Accounting department to ensure accuracy in reporting
• Drive process improvement initiatives

Expectations – the experience you need

• Higher education in Accounting or Finance
• 2 - 3 years of solid experience in Controlling/Finance
• Knowledge of project controlling, long-term contract financial management
• Good command of English (min. B2)
• Advanced Excel
• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn

• Experience with Power BI (advantageous)
