Job Description
- Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
- Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
- Defining targets for the team in coordination with the Manager
- Acting as the main point of contact for development teams for any functional, organisational or commercial matters arising regarding testing
- Ensuring the necessary testing for product validation (both the performance of the tests and the test results)
- Deriving and defining requirements for validation and testing based on the system requirements
- Responsible for safety in the laboratory and test area, incl. safe test bench operation and testing whilst complying with all relevant standards and legal regulations
- Strategically developing the validation and testing skills in coordination with the Manager
- Coordinating validation and testing activities at international level at internal and external service providers and partners
- Drawing up reports on work results, costs and planned investments
- Responsible for ensuring the equipment is operational
- Other duties, as assigned
