Outside Sales Representative

Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Take ownership of current accounts within the territory, visiting and managing accounts to strengthen brand presence.
- Community Engagement: Execute local pop-ups/events, promotional opportunities, and cannabis or community-based events, to enhance brand awareness, engage with the community, and offer product samples as needed.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales through active customer engagement during events and facilitate both large and small-scale training sessions to educate customers and consumers about our brand and products.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, Sales Account Managers, and Sales Operations to boost sales and brand recognition.

Marketing Optimization: Coordinate with Account Managers to target and implement improvements to WYLD's marketing performance at the individual account level.
- Identify marketing opportunities to enhance our brand presence in the market.

Retail Merchandising: Visit and merchandise retail accounts monthly in alignment with WYLD's merchandising and promotional plan.
- Tasks include ensuring retail accounts have the latest marketing materials and are visually meeting WYLD standards.
- Retail Relationships: Build strong relationships with retail accounts, provide merchandising best practices training, and offer brand and product education as required.
- Event Coordination: Independently create a monthly/quarterly schedule to align with area events and meet quarterly sales & marketing expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Gather state and market-level marketing intel, including insights on new products, displays, marketing materials, and industry trends.

Order Entry and AR Collections: Responsible for efficiently managing customer orders, including receiving purchase orders, providing upsell opportunities, and accurately entering orders.
- Additionally, proactively monitoring and communicating upcoming and overdue invoices while ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments.

Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of related experience and/or training utilizing strong customer service skills; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce is required.
- Accounts Receivable and collections experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Flexible hours based on business needs.
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check, including a motor vehicle report.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (in compliance with state regulations).
- Possess basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
