The Assistant Representative will lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of country-specific programmes and operations. As UNICEF’s representative within their Area of Responsibility, the Assistant Representative provides strategic leadership and oversight across programme sectors and operational service teams, ensuring the delivery of highquality results aligned with UNICEF’s programme of cooperation, the Country Programme Management Plan, Sub-Regional Programme Strategy and the overall vision set forth by the Representative.
