Buyer

Perhaps you have worked a couple of years as a Junior Buyer and want to take the next step in your career? As a Buyer, you'll be part of the Buying team based at our HQ in Zwolle.

As a Buyer you'll be responsible for the products within your categories. You are working 24/7 with the latest fashion trends, analyzing sales data and developing purchasing strategies. You will work closely together with the Merchandise and Planning team, supported in your daily work by an Assistant Buyer. We offer you a challenging job in the Fashion industry within a fast-growing company with a lot of opportunities and responsibilities. 

Your responsibilities:

• Sourcing, developing and purchasing fast fashion items that meet the margin, quality and sales conditions;

• Prepare, analyze and report sales data;

• Administration of development and production process;

• Responsible for several categories

• Regularly monitor, assess and further develop the LOAVIES product range;

• Onboard new suppliers and build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers;

Key competences and capabilities that you need in this role:

• Passion for fashion and an excellent knowledge of the market

• Customer Centric

• A couple years of work experience as a (junior) buyer with development experience (production / private label);

• HBO education (AMFI, TMO, Saxion Hogeschool);

• Excellent knowledge of fabrics (DETEX);

• Accurate, sharp and have a well-developed analytical ability;

• Available for 4-5 days a week.
