Job Description
- Draft and review multiple types of contract agreements;
- Manage contract data for timeliness, accuracy, and quality;
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date contract files;
- Negotiate and correspondence with subcontractors and clients;
- Monitor contract compliance;
- Assist with quoting and closing business opportunities against managed contracts;
- Identify new RFP's and ensure all client requirements are being met on existing contracts/subcontracts;
- Negotiates with customers to draw up client contracts: Negotiating, extensions, terminations, and renegotiating contracts;
- Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in formulating bid proposals;
- Evaluates or monitors contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations;
- Approves or rejects requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules in accordance with internal policy

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, Powerpoint, and Internet research;
- Solid understanding and demonstration of client confidentiality;
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred. Paralegal Cerificate a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of FAR & DFARS rules and regulations.
- Experience in negotiation.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
