20017 - Architect Capital Outlay

We are seeking an Architect Capital Outlay in our Capital Outlay & Facility Management Division located in Richmond, VA. This role is responsible for administering the Annual Building Permit Policy for state-owned buildings and structures in compliance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. In this role, you will provide oversight and guidance to ensure consistent implementation of permitting procedures, support compliance with applicable building codes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote safe, efficient, and effective facility operations across the Commonwealth.
