Role: EPR Manager
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: Frankfurt am Main (hybrid)
The EPR Manager owns regional service delivery, guarantees a premium customer experience and proactively builds trust with authorities & service partners.
In this role, you will contribute to the regional P&L by overseeing the work of regional teams and directly manage a team of EPR BDA Administrators.
EPR Manager, the role
Regional EPR Service delivery for multiple countries.
Manage PRO/authority relationships.
Act as senior advisor for enterprise customers.
Validate complex filings and registrations.
Coordinate country resources.
Maintain regional quality and adherence to standards.
Support regional escalations and client health.
Drive harmonisation opportunities.
Oversee regional customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present EPR progress reports to directors.
EPR Manager, about you
+5 years in regulatory compliance, sustainability, consulting, or operational management.
Experience with PRO/authority relationships.
Strong stakeholder communication.
Legal background is a plus
