Schedule: Fulltime 40hrs/week
What You’ll Do
Works under the direction of the Director of Peri-operative Services to plan, implement, direct, coordinate and evaluate all clinical staff for the MOR. Collaborates with other management team members to develop and foster an effective clinical climate. Participates in daily planning meetings with anesthesia and the Supervisor of CVOR to coordinate maximum effective use of resources. Works jointly with Perioperative leadership team, physicians and staff to comply with the department's mission, vision, values, goals, long range plans, product lines, services, capital and operation budgets, policies and procedures.
Requirements
Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
Preferred Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Nursing Preferred.
