We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager based in Porto covering also Lisbon and Galicia !
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key partnerships for long-term customer success.
- Create strategic customer development plans in collaboration with sales and other departments.
- Drive new projects through an omnichannel approach, offering expert consulting.
- Expand the customer base and represent KAISER+KRAFT at trade fairs.
- Monitor and optimize sales performance using KPI analysis.
- Lead contract negotiations and implement eProcurement solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records for seamless stakeholder management.
Professional Requirements:
- Key Account Management expertise with a proven track record.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Sales experience with a customer-focused, solution-driven approach.
- Technical proficiency in planning documents and equipment specifications.
- Highly organized, ambitious, and success-oriented team player.
- Class B driving license with a strong willingness to travel.
- Portuguese native speaker with advance English and Spanish proficiency preferred
