 We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager based in Porto covering also Lisbon and Galicia !

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key partnerships for long-term customer success.
  • Create strategic customer development plans in collaboration with sales and other departments.
  • Drive new projects through an omnichannel approach, offering expert consulting.
  • Expand the customer base and represent KAISER+KRAFT at trade fairs.
  • Monitor and optimize sales performance using KPI analysis.
  • Lead contract negotiations and implement eProcurement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records for seamless stakeholder management.

 Professional Requirements:

  • Key Account Management expertise with a proven track record.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Sales experience with a customer-focused, solution-driven approach.
  • Technical proficiency in planning documents and equipment specifications.
  • Highly organized, ambitious, and success-oriented team player.
  • Class B driving license with a strong willingness to travel.
  • Portuguese native speaker with advance English and Spanish proficiency preferred
