The Role
We’re looking for an Associate to support our commercial property & casualty (P&C) team. This is an in-office position in Burlington, KS — where you’ll be working side-by-side with an experienced team to deliver exceptional service to our business clients while growing your own skills and knowledge along the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Support account managers with daily tasks, including processing policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and client communications
- Help manage client follow-ups, renewal timelines, and open to-do items so nothing gets missed
- Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and a warm, helpful attitude
- Update and maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
- Assist with auditing new business files for accuracy and completeness
- Help prepare and distribute client onboarding materials post-sale
- Support marketing efforts by engaging with agency social media content and suggesting content ideas
- Jump in wherever the team needs help — flexibility and a team-first mindset are key
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you’re great on the phone and in person
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset — this is non-negotiable 😊
- Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or a professional setting is a plus
- Kansas P&C insurance license is a bonus — or willingness to obtain one (we’ll support you!)
