Reunification Specialist

Reunification Special sit is to initiate, organize, plan, develop, and ensure implementation of direct services to assigned youth and their families. YAP's definition of "Family" encompasses an array of current and potential caregivers and guardians to include biological family, extended family members, foster family, and 'fictive kin' or kin caregivers who have a significant relationship with the youth. All service plans based on the strength-based approach using the wrap around model.
