Mechanical Engineer

- Leading the design, development, and refinement of mechanical systems and components to meet stringent operational and contractual specifications- Conducting comprehensive design evaluations and performance tests using advanced CAD/FEA tools to ensure compliance with DoD standards- Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and electrical engineering, ensuring seamless system integration- Preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation, design reports, and test protocols to support continuous improvement initiatives- Implementing process improvements based on performance data analysis and feedback to optimize system functionality and reliability#LI-TF1 FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING
