Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary: The Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient flow, accuracy, and availability of inventory across assigned branches. This role plays a critical part in supporting business performance by maintaining organized, reliable, and high-functioning distribution center operations. Working cross-functionally with Logistics, Inventory, Purchasing, and Branch leadership, this position drives efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all warehouse processes. Key Role Accountabilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, transfers, and shipments Maintain accurate, organized inventory and ensure all materials are properly tracked Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials across locations Monitor and improve processes to drive efficiency and reduce delays Manage incoming deliveries, verify purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and company policies Lead and support warehouse staff, reinforcing accountability and performance expectations Must-Have/Preferred Requirements: 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience Forklift experience required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; WMS experience preferred) Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Benefits: Comprehensive Health Insurance options (Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, Life, Critical Illness, Short and Long-Term Disability) 401(k) plans with company match HSA plan with company match Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) Employee Referral Program Employee Discount Program Paid training and unlimited professional growth potential Culture and Community: We believe that when employees feel valued and supported, they perform at their best.
