Senior Outdoor Educator - Fall Contract

The Senior Outdoor Educator leads and coordinates outdoor programs, providing a high level of customer service to ensure all client needs are met. This role involves mentoring Outdoor Educators, managing logistics, and overseeing a variety of activities such as team-building, canoeing, kayaking, archery, low and high ropes, and environmental programs. Focused on safety and program quality, the Senior Outdoor Educator addresses concerns, supports the development of new program initiatives, and fosters strong relationships with staff, participants, and community partners. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of diverse outdoor education programs tailored to meet the unique goals of each group.
