Eaton Sales Operations Division based in Bonn has opened a role for a
Business Process Coordinator/Owner
The Commercial Process Coordinator role is responsible for process ownership, quality assurance, escalation management, and operational continuity across all channel-related credit note and bonus processes (CSP, MDF, Bonus for EWS and direct Business, Sales Actions, Metal Surcharge).
The role ensures that processes are clearly defined, standardized, compliant, and scalable, while coordinating closely with Finance, Sales, BSC / Vistex, and Marketing.
The process owner acts as the decision authority for escalations, performs exception handling including credit note creation where required, and ensures operational stability by acting as backup for Channel – Admin when needed.
Governance & Process Ownership
- Define and maintain end‑to‑end process standards aligned with EMEA requirements while respecting local specifics
- Define SLA and KPI model
- Maintain RASIC clarity across all process steps (template, data, calculation, creation, communication)
- Ensure process documentation integrity and audit readiness
Escalation Management
- Act as escalation point for deviations, risks, and blocked cases
- Analyze root causes and decide on corrective actions
- Coordinate decisions with Finance, Sales, BSC / Vistex
- Create exception or escalation credit notes where required
- Temporary Process execution for peak times/ holiday replacement
Quality & Control
- Monitor process quality, SLA adherence, and recurring issues
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Feed process learnings back into standards and templates
We would like you to bring:
- Degree in Business Administration/Business/Finance/Commercial
- Business level fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
- SAP R3 basics
- Process Mapping Tools
- Ability to manage cross-functional coordination process and analytical understanding
- Ability to manage complex processes
- Experience in training delivery and content localization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
