About the Role
Support the development and execution of agency incentive campaigns, contests, and recognition programs that drive business growth and engagement. This role combines campaign management, performance analysis, rewards administration, communications, and reporting to deliver impactful agency initiatives.This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Campaign and Rewards Management
- Develop and execute agency incentive campaigns, contests, and recognition programs aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end campaign implementation, including planning, progress tracking, rewards fulfillment, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze results, and provide recommendations to enhance engagement and business performance.
- Coordinate internal and industry award programs, recognition initiatives, and related engagement activities.
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare business projections, campaign updates, performance reports, and management dashboards.
- Analyze sales performance, campaign outcomes, and agency trends to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Partner with reporting and data teams to ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and timely delivery of business information.
- Support data-driven initiatives, including segmentation analysis and performance measurement frameworks.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide operational and administrative support for Campaigns & Rewards initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign logistics, vendor management, reward fulfillment, and budget monitoring.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in business initiatives, special projects, agency development activities, and company events.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Others
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Communications, Finance, or related disciplines.
- 4–7 years of experience in campaign management, incentive programs, rewards management, business analytics, agency support, or related functions.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or sales performance management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities.
