Building Operator, Level 2

The Building Operator, Level 2 is an intermediate level building operator providing operational and technical support as a member of a building operations team in The GTA. The Building Operator, Level 2 may be a sole operator of a building of moderate size and level of complexity as it relates to building systems and tenant demands. The primary objective of the Building Operator, Level 2 is to ensure that the assigned building or complex of buildings is being managed and maintained in a safe and environmentally responsible manner and to the highest level of operational efficiency.
