MARKETING COORDINATOR

The marketing coordinator assists and supports the Marketing Department with promotions and events at client locations by performing various duties to support customers’ visits and/or events.  ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES  - Notifies winners via e-mail and phone and coordinates prize awards- Assist with planning and preparation of promotions and advertising materials- Documents patron participation including names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses- Assists with the set up and display of advertising items- Assists as needed at special events- Works closely with the entire PSG team to drive results and assist in many key areas: ordering and tracking of promotional items, submission and payment of invoices, inputting of data into support programs, and the tracking and...
