Processing Manager

About this Position This role is responsible for New Product Development (NPD) and Technical Transfer (TT) for regional Hair Care and Laundry products, with a strong focus on manufacturing readiness and on-time, in-full (OTIF) product launches. The position is a technical individual contributor role (no people management). It works closely with Shanghai-based teams and collaborates with Japan-based and third-party manufacturing sites, as well as regional stakeholders. What you´ll do Support NPD and TT projects across Hair Care and Laundry categories Establish and validate manufacturing processes to ensure OTIF launches Act as the technical interface between R D and Supply Chain Lead plant trials, scale-up, and production start-up activities Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing technical issues Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction Maintain accurate and compliant technical documentation
