Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet organizational needs. The role also includes overseeing the implementation process and ensuring that the applications are tailored to meet specific business requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application architecture.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise-level software applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Openlink Endur.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
