Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing their needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing Accenture's reputation in the marketplace while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a strong understanding of business acumen to foster trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to develop their skills and expertise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices. - Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
