What you’ll need
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or related field and 2 years ofproject management or contract management; or combination of education and experience is required;
- Proficient word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and cloud-based computer skills are required. Working knowledge of Google suite of applications strongly preferred;
- Basic understanding of GAAP including, specifically, financial practices and principles;
- Ability to read and comprehend complex legal, specifically contractural, and technical documents;
- Understanding of utility construction concepts as they relate to telecommunications design criteria, contract requirements and engineering specifications;
- Understanding of RUS OSP construction standards and unit definitions;
- Ability to apply basic project management concepts;
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance;
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information and represent the company and its interests positively and professionally;
- Commitment to internal and external deadlines, committing the time necessary to meet them;
- Some travel may be required.
