- Deliver instructor led EH&S training to internal and external audiences.
- Drive environmental sustainability and waste management initiatives.
Facilities Management

- Manage service contractors (building, cleaning, landscaping, maintenance) and performance outcomes.
- Plan and execute office/lab layouts, renovations, and site improvements.
- Own facilities budgeting and identify cost-saving opportunities (including energy efficiency).
Security Management
- Own physical security infrastructure (CCTV, alarms, access control).
- Develop and test emergency response, evacuation, and business continuity plans.
- Manage security personnel/providers, ensuring correct licensing and training.
- Support investigations and liaise with external authorities.
What you’ll bring (must-have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, or related field and 3+ years’ relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Irish Health & Safety regulations.
- Experience delivering EH&S training to internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Strong project/program organisation skills in a fast-paced environment; confident at prioritizing.
