Common Area Attendant (Part-Time)
Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time, Seasonal Common Area Attendant to join our team at our beautiful resort, Eilan Hotel and Spa in San Antonio. This job will go through September 10th, 2026 and would require a schedule of Friday-Sunday 11:00 AM -7:30 PM.
The Eilan Resort & Spa is a Hilton Grand Vacations property in Northwest San Antonio, near The Rim and La Cantera, featuring a Tuscan‑inspired design completed in 2011 and offering 165 guestrooms. It is a central element of the 120‑acre Eilan mixed‑use development, integrating lodging with offices, residences, retail, dining, and shared community amenities. The resort features a full‑service spa with 10 treatment rooms, approximately 14,000 square feet of flexible event space, and multiple food and beverage outlets including the Social restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, the Mercato coffee shop, and a seasonal pool bar.
As a Common Area Attendant, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
What will I be doing?
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas-including stairwells, railings, walkways, elevators, hallways, trash rooms, and outdoor spaces-in accordance with HGV quality and efficiency standards.
- Ensure the lobby and all glass surfaces are spotless, creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for guests.
- Collect, restock, and supervise inventory of pool towels; remove used towels promptly to support cleanliness and minimize loss.
- Maintain all shower houses, and locker rooms.
- Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of non-room areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and fitness centers.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the Hilton Grand Vacation property and deliver excellent service with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstations at all times.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support Resort Operations, including special requests or unexpected tasks.
To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

- Positive interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to handle pushing and pulling carts and equipment. Bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prior hospitality experience, preferred.
