Carry out (corrective, breakdown and preventive) set up of the machinery and molds, based on the technical knowledge and practical insights, structural improvements and remedying the most complex failures.
Your role:
Set up molds, start up thermoplastic and LSR injection molding machines, and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth production.
Operate molding equipment and auxiliary systems, applying solid knowledge of plastic and silicone transformation processes.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molds, including complex repairs and Tool Room support tasks.
Ensure product quality by troubleshooting defects, managing material changes, verifying proper material drying, and avoiding shortages.
Maintain compliance with EHS standards, housekeeping (6S), shift coordination, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You're the right fit if:
Primary education required; high school diploma (9th grade) preferred.
Plastic process certification or equivalent technical training highly valued.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mold Setup technician.
Basic English skills preferred.
Experience in tool shop or manufacturing environments, or equivalent related experience.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
this role is an onsite role.
Schedule B1: Sunday to Wednesday / Sunday to Tuesday
6:00 pm – 6:00 am
