What You'll Do
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Coordinate with technicians and management to maximize productivity and revenue opportunities
- Monitor daily schedules and make adjustments as needed throughout the day
- Review service tickets and ensure proper billing and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history
- Assist with customer concerns and help ensure a positive customer experience
- Support the team in achieving company goals and performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred in a residential home services setting
- Service Titan knowledge
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Desire to grow professionally and build a long-term career
