We are seeking enthusiastic and driven interns to join The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne’s internship program. This fixed-term internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in luxury hospitality and gain hands-on experience across key hotel Finance operations. As an intern, you will support operational teams while developing practical skills, contributing to memorable guest experiences, and understanding the world-class standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support department teams in executing projects and initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability while working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
About You:
- Currently enrolled in a Business or related degree.
- Passionate about luxury hospitality and eager to build a career in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence.
