Pay & Schedule
- Competitive base pay + tips + commission
- Part-time: 15–31 hours/week
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Must be available nights and weekends

Diesel Barbershop is hiring part‑time Cosmetologists, Hair Stylists, and Barbers who love men’s grooming and delivering an awesome client experience. If you enjoy a fun, fast-paced shop and take pride in your craft, this is the place for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves
- Consult with clients and recommend services
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Stay current on grooming trends and techniques
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Recommend and sell retail products
- Handle payments accurately
Requirements
- Active PA cosmetology or barber license
- Experience with men’s cutting and styling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset
- Comfortable using professional tools safely
- Passion for learning and growing in the industry
