About the Job

• identifying potential business opportunities for the HPL vertical
• researching market trends, and developing strategies to enter new markets, new commodities.
• nurturing HPL client relationships
• preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts with key airline partners and cooler facilities.
• ensuring the company meets its GP, volume and shipments targets based on budget.
•  monitor competitors and our market share and SOW within each customer
• assess client needs and explain the whole process to new customers to align procedures to run a smooth operation.
• collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with organizational goals 

About You

•  Analytical thinking: Evaluating market conditions, trends, and competitor activity 
• Communication and negotiation: Conveying persuasive messages and achieving mutually beneficial agreements 
• Strategic planning: Developing long-term business strategies and adapting to market changes 
• Relationship building: Establishing trust and maintaining strong client and service providers partnerships 
• Technical proficiency: Microsoft 365, and data analytics
