About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This individual will play a critical role in driving new business growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and strengthening relationships with leading beauty and consumer brands. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a hunter mentality, strong industry connections, and a proven ability to generate revenue and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within beauty
- Develop and strengthen client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and ongoing communication
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including operations, procurement, estimating, and product development to ensure client needs are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, communicating timelines, project updates, and business opportunities
- Prepare pricing proposals, support contract discussions, and manage program briefs from concept through execution
- Present business updates, pipeline activity, and strategic growth initiatives to leadership
- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and maintain a strong market position
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of sales experience within the beauty, personal care, packaging, contract manufacturing, or broader CPG industry
- Existing network of contacts within beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or related consumer product sectors
- Proven success generating new business, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and building pipelines from scratch
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Positive, results-oriented approach with a high level of professionalism and integrity

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 annually based on experience.
